CompactLogix Hands-on Training, September 22 to 25

Location: Insights In Automation, 75 South Church Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 (see https://TheAutomationSchool.com/live for images and nearby hotels.)

Dates: Tuesday September 22 – Friday September 25th

Time: 8:30am-4:30pm ET (coffee and lunch provided.) Note: Students are welcome to start at 8am all days, and stay to 6pm Tuesday – Thursday.

Hands-on: Each student will be assigned a trainer with a PC and CompactLogix.

Requirements to enroll: You must be able to use a Windows PC, and have some basic knowledge of PLCs (what they are, how they work,) but do not need any prior experience with CompactLogix or Studio5000.

Note: At each physical trainer is a Lab Book Collection with the following Lab Books:
– Level 1, Basics: Understanding and Using CompactLogix
– Level 2, Applications: Creating and Understanding CompactLogix Programs
– Using Distributed I/O with CompactLogix
– Programming CompactLogix to Solve Applications (using a virtual factory simulator)

Note: All Students are encouraged to progress at their own speed, and even try using classroom equipment not listed in the lab books.
